In 2020, The Nature Conservancy's organizational goals shifted due to the challenges of COVID-19. In collaboration with the crisis and response team, I served as a key member strategist in developing a more sensitive social media approach and ensured mindful and measured top-down messaging across social channels and nature.org.
This included leveraging social media listening tools to monitor engagement and conversations across channels. In addition to heavy social and digital monitoring at this time, I managed a remote intern that supported these responsibilities as TNC welcomed new CEO Jennifer Morris amidst BLM protests, the 2020 election and the January 6th insurrection.
